Dear Little Belle
Little Belle means a lot to me. I learned to love her by her mother Irene, by reading about her forgivness, love and trust. Her life has been a inspiration because she has showed me that what a beautiful little souls she is. She inspires me to think larger, higher and with more of my heart than I usually do. Evertime I think of her, I feel warm in my heart. Little Belle teached me that when a tiny, little girl that lived her first years in a cage, can be so forgiving and trusting to the same kind that hurt her, then we can forgive so much more than we do. I have no favorite picture of Little Belle, they were all wonderful. Her in the dunes with Irene, her in her blue sweather and there was a picture that was taken theese last weeks where Irene held Little Belle in a bag and Irene was looking so loving down at her. Maybe that one was that moved the most, because I saw Irenes love.
I would like to say to you Little Belle that I thank you for beeing so brave to be on earth with us, to show us and learn us what a little dog goes through because of people greed for money. Thanks for showing us that a dog can be disabled and have a wonderful life, thanks for teaching me that a life and a soul is worth so much as yours. Sometimes when I think that my life is hard, I think of yours – Little Belle, before you came to your mother Irene – and I see the difference. I love you Little Belle.
In deep respect, Katy Føyerland
