Never forgotten

My little angel: in an often chaotic and dark world, you always turned my attention to the peaceful, beautiful, colorful, and excellent of our planet. And through your struggles, you taught me the meaning of resilience and persistence. YOU reminded me that surrender and fear are not an option; that I’ve been given a spirit of power and boldness to confront all challenges, and a spirit of acceptance that embraces whatever life unfolds.

I miss you, my little warrior… but I’m confident that you look down, and even nudge me to continue this journey until it’s done. In my grief, I am grateful for the certainty that you are at peace.
